www.nationalexchangeclub.com The Child Abuse Prevention program of the National Exchange Club and the Kids As Peacemakers mission statement and programs, “To reduce violence and foster creation of child friendly communities,” form a natural link.
www.ipj-ppj.org The Institute for Peace and Justice, long a leader in efforts to reduce violence and injustice, has created educational programs such as the Pledges of Nonviolence and Circles of Peace. We have used some of their materials in our programs.
www.pinwheelsforpeace.org The Kids As Peacemakers organization adopted the idea of using pinwheels, pioneered by two art teachers in Florida , in our 2007 celebration of the United Nations International Day of Peace.
www.peacebubbles.org Kids As Peacemakers joined the local celebration of a United Church of Christ minister, touring the United States , demonstrating his program of ministry, music, and bubbles for peace.
